Wonderful! Backstory...I went in for a test drive of the 2018 CX-5 on a Wednesday night with my dad and brother and was greeted by Al the salesman. Recommend This is the second time I've gotten a car from Liberty Mazda in Wakefield, MA. I first purchased a Mazda 3 in 2010 and just leased a Mazda CX-5 in 2018. Jim (Samson) in sales and Fred (Dalton) in finance were particularly helpful at my most recent visit when I signed my new lease. I am a single mom and appreciated the honest, no-hassle approach that made me feel comfortable in my purchasing decision. Sress free. Stress free experience. Jim was very friendly and answered all my questions. Went back for a follow up tutorial on the navigation and entertainment systems. Jim once again answered all my questions and spent about an hour with me to make sure I was comfortable with using them.

Love my new Mazda CX 5!!! Had a great experience at Liberty Mazda and absolutely love my new CX5!!! My experience with our salesman, Jim Samson was great! He took the time to go over the features of the car and answered any questions we had. Never felt rushed or pressured. Got a great deal on my new car and all I can say is Thank You!!!
Really good experience Awesome experience at Liberty Mazda with Jim! We purchased a Mazda 3 GT Sedan and its a fun car to drive. Jim is very knowledgeable and he answered all the questions. I truly feel he gave us the best deal that he could. I would highly recommend Jim to my friends.
The best! Great experience at Liberty Mazda! I purchased my 2018 mazda3 here and absolutely love my car. Al is the best, Fred is wonderful. I just had such good customer service here compared to the other dealerships I’ve visited. Will def recommend all my friends and family to go here.

Smooth Transition I came in to Liberty Mazda at the tail end of a three-year lease with another company that I was ultimately unhappy with. Jim Samson helped me pick out and test drive an amazing new CX-5, and worked with me to make the transition smooth and affordable. Jim was friendly, responsive, and helpful.
