Painless car buying experience Al got me into a car that I was interested in and had the car registered same day. Would definitely recommend Al if you want a no nonsense experience
Overall it’s good support Actually this was quick decision I made, Albert helped to make my deal, thanks and I very much recommend Mazda Liberty. I love the day when I made my deal, once again thanks to Abert from Sales Dept.
Got the car we wanted at the price we wanted We went in looking for a new lease and Al made the experience simple and easy. We had a price in mind that we were looking to pay, and we reached an agreement without feeling exhausted. As far as car-shopping experiences go, this was what you hope for.

The People Make the Difference! Albert helped me secure the deal I wanted for my new 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve. Albert was very attentive during the entire process. He explained many of the the new features in this model year (we have a 2016 CX-5) during the test drive and delivery. Albert also took great care of my wife & I while we waded through the 'paperwork' phase. He and the rest of the Liberty Mazda team helped make our buying experience more a pleasure than a chore. I highly recommend!

AS easy as it can be We did our own diligence and decided on a specific vehicle with the exact specs we wanted with a price that we were prepared to pay. Albert found us such a vehicle even though it wasn't currently on the lot. He was also very helpful with the test drive and showing us additional features.

Lousy If you can get financing first and avoid having to deal with Fred then it is probably as good a place as any to buy a car. Otherwise stay away. He does not keep you informed at all with what is happening and he’s absolutely horrible at getting back to you if you ask a question. Beware!

They are professional and know your MAZDA! I went in for a check engine light and tom helped me ,he was very understanding of my issues and helpful. (i did not expect the issue and was in a hurry to leave) They were able to get the cause figured out in about an hour and for a reasonable; amount. They even gave me a free loaner while the work was performed because parts had to be ordered. The next day i picked up my mazda 3 and it looked and ran like new- great job liberty!

Bought my second car from Liberty- very happy! I've now purchased two cars at Liberty Mazda, and both times the experience has been really great. This time, we worked with Jim Samson for our lease, and he was friendly, helpful and best of all, not pushy. My husband and I both felt like we could make the decision that was best for us instead of one we felt forced into. It was a laid back sales experience and we love our new car. Will be back when our lease is up for another!
