BAD customer services, regret brought my car to this place. Technicians sucks, salesmen bad attitude, service manager attitude was not acceptable. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I would give 0 star if I could. This place sucks!
Bad dealership and repair shop. I bought a used 2012 Bad dealership and repair shop. I bought a used 2012 Mazda CX-9 in Medford in very good condition in January 2014. The closest dealership is Liberty Mazda in Wakefield. I brought it there recently to get an assessment because a whining noise was coming from the rear end (transfer case). I researched the problem carefully before taking it there, and isolated the most problem to a bad wheel bearing and axel seal. Albert Blank is a true professional I was greeted by Albert upon arrival with a friendly smile and firm handshake. I wanted to test drive a pre owned CX-5. They have a good selection of vehicles here and found exactly what I like. Deal was done within an hour of sitting down after the test drive. I would recommend Albert to anyone looking for a new of pre owned Mazda!
The Best there is.!!!! I have been a customer since 1992. The service people and the Service guys and guys are the best in the business. ( The best in MA for sure) I have been to Mazda dealers in VA and MD and they are no comparison to Liberty. Ask for Donna in service, because she went above for me. Jeff is also excellent. Would not recommend I nearly walked out when the pushy finance guy sprung additional monthly charges on me after I had already negotiated a payment amount. It turns out I should have because the dealership didn't make my first lease payment out of my down payment like the contract said they would and now I'm being chased for late fees on it. On top of that I *still* haven't received any information on when my payments are due or how to make them from Mazda or Chase and it's been 2 1/2 months since I signed the lease.
Helpful and educational Liberty Mazda, and especially Albert Blank, were very patient, helpful and informative in discussing cars and a car purchase. The dealership had a large selection of cars with various packages from which to choose. Their reps, especially Albert had a great sense of humor and put me at ease. Their time and effort played a major role in my buying decision to purchase a CX 5.
A great experience Not the typical dealership. Everyone and especially my dealer Jason was great to work with. Will be back to look at a CX9. Very happy.
easy experience Easy experience. Albert Blank was knowledgeable, personable and NO PRESSURE. Albert has been very helpful post sale too. I know I can call him anytime with a question about the vehicle and we'll happily help me. He's got alot of good stories too. And the service group was excellent too.
