I highly recommend! I have never purchased a Mazda (die hard Subaru guy here), but I accompanied my parents throughout the process when they bought their last 3 vehicles here; 2007 Mazda3, 2014 Mazda3, and most recently a 2018 Mazda3. All 3 experiences were pleasant. Al Blank the salesman wasn't rude or pushy at all, in fact, he calmly and thoroughly explained in great detail the leasing vs buying options that would work out best for them. No presssure sales Just bought a CX5 General Touring Reserve. Our salesman, Al Blank, put us at ease immediately. He made sure we knew the negotiating process and that no offense would be taken during the process. Very kind, helpful, personable Kristin was very helpful when I was buying a Mazda. I originally intended on buying a Mazda 3 , but I went to check out the Mazda CX-3 and I ended up loving it. She remained patient when I changed my mind on the car and was happy to let me test drive multiple vehicles. She was transparent with pricing and the negotiations that were happening. Good Sales Team - Done Deal! I worked initially with Brooke Watkins and then later with Albert Blank as I paid a couple of visits here to check out the Mazda 3. I found both of them had impressive knowledge of the Mazda product and their low key approach coupled with Michael's willingness to work with me on my trade-in is what ultimately got the deal done! Great experience We were greeted by Al Blank who welcomed us graciously. We knew exactly what we wanted.... and he showed us what they had on the lot. Since we were very specific as to model and color, he assured us they would get one in two days.... which he did! Very nice conversationalist...and after learning more about ‘our’ car... we were sold. A very good experience all the way around. We would definitely recommend Al to anyone looking to buy a Mazda!
