Amazing Customer Service I was worried about getting in a new car and unsure if I wanted to by or lease. Al and mike helped give me the options that’s woyld best fit me and were honest with me. Low key, NO PRESSURE sales I never thought I'd say I had a great experience at a dealership, but Jonathan and Liberty were fantastic from start to finish. From the first email to Jonathan, everything was low pressure and EXTREMELY straight forward. They gave me a great deal on a vehicle and made me feel at home the entire time. I will be back.
Excellent service! My husband and I worked with Al to purchase our Mazda CX-5. We are beyond satisfied with every aspect of the experience. Not only did Al know everything about every feature of the car, but he was personable, patient, efficient, and funny. 100% Satisfied! I went into Mazda on a Friday afternoon with very little time to decide what kind of car I needed or wanted. I was having a horrible week and I was very fortunate to get Albert as my Sales Rep. He was very funny, cheerful, and extremely helpful. I test drove one car and that was the one. A Mazda cx-5. I feel as though Albert was not only very helpful but will continue to be a reliable resources through the time of my lease.
