First time leaser, great service! I worked with Jim on determining what the best car was for my specific needs, as well as what was in my budget. He was knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. It was my first lease and he answered all the questions that I had. I greatly appreciated his hand-holding, and it helped make my first leasing experience a great one! Definitely recommend.
My experience was horrible. Jonathan contacted me on Wednesday saying my dream car was found and brought to Liberty Mazda. Because I work full time and I had to make arrangements to get a ride to the dealership I informed Jonathan I would pick the car up that Friday. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. and I was running late. I got my dream car! Such a great experience working with Jim. This was my first time buying a car and he made my car dreams come true. Liberty Mazda was the 3rd dealership I contacted about the Mazda CX-5 (after not having too much success with the other 2 dealerships). Seamless purchase of Mazda CX-5 I went in to look at and test drive a used Mazda CX-5. I found a black one with low milage for a great price. I went into the dealership and Albert came right up to me asking me what I'm looking for. He understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and got the plates to test drive within seconds. Solid All Around Experience I purchased a used Mazda 3 from Liberty Mazda. The sale person I dealt with was Al Blank. They were straight forward and easy to deal with. They gave me good value for my trade in even with some transmission problems. I look forward to driving my Mazda for years to come.
