Great Customer Service with Jim Samson! Jim was great! I had an appointment with him that I had to reschedule numerous times. He was nothing but patient and understanding! When I finally did meet with Jim, he made sure to get all the information and background that he could so that it was not a long drawn out process. He was upfront and straight to the point. New family car We went in to look at a Mazda CX-9 we saw listed on the internet and walked out as owners of a certified preowned one. We had our 19 month old twins with us who enjoyed the popcorn while we did the paperwork for the purchase and trade in. Low pressure, good follow up Took us several months to come to a decision, but when we did, Liberty Mazda came through for us with a friendly experience and a good price. Liked the follow up without seeming pushy. Didn't have 10 trips to the sales manager to get a decent price. Jim Samson is friendly and easy to work with. Just wish they had another finance guy around to keep the wait down when the deal is completed. Over all, excellent experience.

A pleasure to deal with people who enjoy what they do!! We leased a new Mazda 3 just after Christmas and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and professional. From sales right through finance and car pick-up the next day, everyone we dealt with was helpful. We came prepared and in no way did we ever feel that Liberty tried to take advantage of us. I can't say that I always feel this way. We know you want to sell cars, but thank you, Liberty for making this an enjoyable experience for us!
