Pushy, disorganized, liars Dealer was super pushy when I was shopping for my Mazda CX-3 and when I bought it they gave me the hard sell on the useless extra protection plans, then tried to guilt me when I didn't buy them. Also they screwed up the wheel lock installation and I had to got back another weekend to get them installed. They offer a free service appointment to make up for it, but then reneged when I went to actually make the appointment. Terrible terrible terrible.
Great Sales Rep! Just bought my first Mazda - a Certified Preowned 2015 CX5 Grand Touring - and this was my first visit to this dealership. Great experience purchasing Mazda CX-5 Met with Jim at Liberty first over a month prior to actual purchase. Jim remembered me and what I was looking for. Jim was patient and understanding as well as very thorough. In the end, they gave us the deal we needed on our trade-in to make the purchase happen. Would definitely recommend Liberty and Mazda in general.

Excellent Customer Service I just wanted to write a quick review of Liberty Mazda and my experience there. We had excellent and responsive service from Jim Samson, their internet sales manager. We ended up leasing a different brand of vehicle, but I would not hesitate to reach out to Jim and Liberty for future car buying experience. Jim even exchanged a couple emails with me around midnight on a Saturday, you just cant find that kind of support any more.
Terrific Overall Experience My wife and I just had the pleasure of getting our first Mazda. We are extremely happy with our red Mazda 6. Our sales rep was Jim Samson. He is both knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with him and the rest of the Liberty Mazda team.
Great Experience Buying My Very First Car I just purchased my very first car at Liberty Mazda. After 4 weeks of research and test-driving at other dealerships, I decided to commit my business to Liberty because they offered the best customer service. Great experience! I had a great experience buying my first Mazda. My sales rep was Jim Samson, he was really helpful and friendly, he showed me all the ins and outs of the car and went over everything in great detail. I already felt comfortable driving the car right after I left the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to others as well.
Overall Good Sales Service I purchased my 2016 Mazda CX-5 from here. I am extremely happy with the vehicle, and the sales rep I worked with, James Samson, was great overall. He was great about communicating with me via text and email, and even walked me through how to cancel my registration on my old vehicle. Would certainly recommend this dealership to others.
