Owners were really unprofessional and lied about leaving food out everywhere and making a mess when we just needed the place to stay since we would go to family members house from breakfast till the end of the day so there was no food at this house. The place was already dirty, toilet seats wobbly and dirt on the edges of the walls🤮 this place was horror!
Scammers they stole my money. Owner kept knocking on our door asking for “spare change” and “do you want some business” for some reason, no idea what they meant?
Initial look was nice, however there was no cold water in the shower tap, found spider in the bathroom!
My son and his girlfriend rented a flat from Liberty Holdings in Barnt Green. They have exclusively overcharged at the end of tenancy, tried to keep them longer, gave them 7 hours to pay water damage bill without proof of evidence. All in all, bullies who thrive on young, inexperienced tenants.
