I'm classed as Vulnerable (disabled) and have been told since yesterday at 8am I would get a priority visit. Now on my 3rd day of no heating and hot water. Contacted them 4 times today with a promise of an engineer but still nothing. Very poor.
Why Havebury’s now using this company I’ll never know. Awful
