Liam is an excellent communicator and ensured we were up to date at all times across a complex house move involving delays caused by a probate property in the chain. He was always available by phone and personally showed us around the property at short notice when we needed to take measurements etc.
We were recommended to Liam by our mortgage advisor and were really happy we went with him. He was super friendly and professional from the start. Our house sale was a little out of the ordinary, but Liam was there always to help. He was easy to talk to, always happy to answer our questions, and guided us through every step. I’ve already recommended him to two people at work, and he’s helped them sell their houses too!
Liam provided us with a very professional and friendly service. Our house purchase became extremely complicated due to clerical errors and poor communication from the bank, but Liam was exceptionally helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. He was extremely responsive whenever we contacted him, and always happy to help. I'd very highly recommend him to anyone who would value a bespoke and personal service.
