Easy, fun, no pressure purchase! My brother and I walked into Lia Nissan and I had no intention of buying a car that day. While I was looking at the Used Rogues on the lot, Aaron "AJ" Haynes came out to see if he could help. He showed me all of the vehicles I might be interested in based on what I told him. No complaints. The service was fast and efficient-about 1 hour spent at the dealership. There was TV to watch and coffee with donuts in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Nightmare!!!!! From Lia Nissan Worst experience ever. From start till almost finish. Currently contacting their corporate office. And the BBB. They did some illegal stuff which I will not comment on since I’m in the process of Pursuing legal action.

Good service Thomas Sinkora is a fine service technician and very customer-friendly. I thought he explained things very well and was patient but not patronizing. Very comfortable waiting area, too.
Terrible service Mike was the worst salesman I have ever had in my experiences buying a car. He "yeah, yeah, yeah'd" me throughout the process. When I picked up the car, it was not ready with the promises made. He never did the things he said he was going to do. He was completely disengaged and couldn't care less.
