I was treated with respect and kindness, I was given a choice in what I wanted for my car
I really liked the dealership for the purchase of my 2024 Frontier. I'm very disappointed for the service received when I informed service associate my USB ports do not work with my USB drive. I have tried many and known good ones, i was told to ensure I had a good one. I can play these devices on 4 computers my $18 radio, my 30 tear old Kenwood car stereo, but I can't play them on my 2024 $41,000 truck.
Everyone was great. They were patient as we went through our options and we feel great about our purchase.

Lia Nissan is a very thorough car dealership. If I have any issues they take of it . This is the 4 th Rouge we have had. I wouldn’t think of going to a different dealer Ship.
Dealership is very clean and comfortable, service center was easy to access and was greeted by a tech when we drove up. Waiting erea is very nice.

The treatment i received was completely and utterly negligent and unethical. I have also followed up in multiple emails and have not heard back.
My wait wasn’t long. Amanda is always great! She offered me a courtesy car to take me to Walmart to get my errands done. 😃
