Great customer service! John was polite and respectful and was genuinely interested in meeting my needs. When it looked like the job was going to take longer than originally expected, John offered to provide me with a loaner car. This was most helpful, as I could run the errands I needed without having to sit and wait. I was very pleased with the overall service on this visit.

Amazing team! We had a stubborn issue with the AC on my 2014 Rogue. Tom Sinkora and his cracker jack mechanic Mark never gave up on it and now, because of their experience and persistence it works great! I love my Rogue and am so happy with the service and sales team (Tom Gear), I am thinking it may be time for a new one!
