Excellent service from Robert and Dave, th DM Very pleased with my car, all my dealings with everyone there, follow up after the sale, making this transaction sp easy. Robert reviewed all the aspects of the car and was very knowledgeable.
Oil change Everything was good except I am supposed to get free car wash and this was not done. I was told to make sure to schedule my oil changes to make sure to get the car wash so I always do and my car was washed last time but not this time.
Great buying experience Salesman John Attanasio was great He followed thru on all questions and always tryed to get me the best deal I have bought 5 cars from Lia and 2 from John I will continue doing business there
Satisfied Customer I went in for an oil change and drove home in a new vehicle. I could not have been happier with the sales team who assisted me. Dennis, Tom, and Pedro were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I trusted that they were giving me a fair deal.
Great! Told them exactly what I wanted! A little back and forth and we drove away in our new Rogue SV. The process went well and Robert and Pedro were great! You could tell Robert was new but he did his best putting up with me! I have purchased 5 vehicles in the past 8 years from this dealership
Lease of a Leaf We had purchased an Altima at Lia 4 years ago and this time wanted to go Electric. After reviewing the different options, opted to go for the Leaf. The sales associate was knowledgeable and not aggressive, which I appreciated.
Service sucks but sales saved the day Denis deserves the credit completely for the sale of my new car Very down to earth and real person to deal with. Recommended without a doubt. Your service department is terrible. Understaffed. Used my warranty to fix my old car after I traded it in. Completely disgraceful. The only saving grace was a nice sales man that approached and calmed me down and ultimately sold me a car that I wasn’t looking to buy.
