My service rep was Hipolito N**************** He greeted me when I arrived, said it may take 1.5 hours but it took less than an hour. It was my 20,000 mile service. Thank you for great customer service!

Previously response,I never mentioned the overall service from Jack Nash was excellent,personal and professional. I had one problem,I’m not sure who’s responsible but when I picked up my new *** the snow was removed for the most most Part.Still all on top of the roof and embedded in the wiper areas along the hood.I thought I may be picking the cat up from a warm or completely snow free car? We recently had an experience with unknown source of smoke in our *****. Duane B****** wanted to make sure the service was thorough while also avoiding us to spend unnecessary high cost of money. together with his service technicians, they made us feel good about bringing our car to a Honda dealership. I highly recommend working with Duane, he is patient and understands the customer's needs.
