Previously response,I never mentioned the overall service from Jack Nash was excellent,personal and professional. We recently had an experience with unknown source of smoke in our *****. Duane B****** wanted to make sure the service was thorough while also avoiding us to spend unnecessary high cost of money. together with his service technicians, they made us feel good about bringing our car to a Honda dealership. I highly recommend working with Duane, he is patient and understands the customer's needs.
