He was extremely prompt and completed this service very quickly. I was excited to have this job completed and to feel that he took the time to explain the workings of this new device . Neil **** was extremely rude and lacked empathy when resolving a mistake made by his staff. My account was charged two times by a member on his staff, and when I told him about the repercussions that it caused me, his response was “that’s not my problem” and “ I’m sure you’ve made mistakes that you haven’t paid for over the course of your life”.
