He made the entire process smooth, pressure-free, and even enjoyable — which isn’t always the case with car buying!

Lia Nissan has always done an excellent job whenever I bring my car in. The people are all helpful and friendly. Bryan *****(Service Department) goes above and beyond to get his customers in and out as fast as possible. Getting whatever needs to be done right the first time.
Lia ***** always has been very good at providing the best service for me and my family. At my last visit Alyx G**** was the service provider and she was excellent at keeping me informed and the service team provided me with the necessary services quickly.
I have always used Lia ***** in Colonie. I got my 2007 ***** ****** there, new, and Steve S**** in service has always been good to me. Honest and very accommodating. I called to inquire about upgrading because my nephew turned 16 and I hadn't seen my car since. Within two days, I was pulling out of the lot with a new ***. Breanna H***** did all the paperwork for me and Nick C****** did the financing part. It was a breeze!!! Love the new car and now they have my nephew as a customer too. Thanks Lia *****!
Car towed to facility for diagnostic review. Quoted $3998.89 to fix/repair issues. Towed back home, paid only for diagnostics done. Receipt DID NOT reflect issues given over phone by their service manager or price breakdown to fix/repair. Family members who work on cars fixed all problems for $500.00 which included $358 for 4 ignition coils which was never presented as a problem! Also oil filter cap was $11.00. My brother said we were being way overcharged. Customers beware!! I'd never recommend this company/facility to anyo... read more
