The staff at Lia Honda are always extremely accommodating and informative whenever I bring my ****** in for either a problem or preventive maintenance. Steve ***** greeted me upon arrival and kept me informed while by car was being inspected. The waiting room there is super comfortable, and the free cappuccino machine and donuts make it all worthwhile!
Worst dealership ever . This place is trash . They charge way more then other ***** dealerships. There maintenance site has the worst customer service ever . The time of the corona virus they were the first to sucker people into paying 2000 over sticker . Lia ****** in Schenectady is the only dealership that I have bought mutiple cars from and Dustin R*** and the rest of the service writers are the best in the business! Always friendly and always looking out for you. I highly recommend them!
