This dealer damaged the engine in our 2016 ***** *****, it only has 40K miles. After we took the car in for an oil change, where they also added fuel injector cleaner to the engine we drove the car 10 miles, it threw a PO302 code and went into limp mode. We drove to the dealer the head gasket, fuel injectors, o rings and oil seal cover had to be replaced costing $4,700. We bought the car here and got EVERY oil change and service done here. The service representatives at Lia Nissan are outstanding. Ryan Myers, in particular, goes above and beyond his performance for all of my appointments for my truck. I was in there the other day getting an oil change and I brought up a rattle that was happening again. He had the technicians pay special attention to it and before I left, it was fixed. He even made sure himself that it wasn't making the rattling noise. The dealership also fixed it free of charge and my car was washed too. The service department really knows how... read more
