I knew what I wanted and had a great salesman, Jai P****, who moved things quickly for me.
I recently had my vehicle serviced at lia ***** my technician was wes H*********. He was knowledgeable and pleasant, I will continue to ask for Wes H********* when I have my service done at lia.
I had a great experience getting into a new lease for a ****** *****. Robert C********** helped me the whole way through, he was prompt and gave me all of the information I asked for. It really made the final decision to go with the ***** an easy one. Not only that, but he was incredibly understanding when I had an emergency and had to leave. I would highly suggest Lia, especially if you are interested in an EV.
Left Stranded with little to no help from Lia. I bought a 2020 ******* brand new that came with the standard 6yr/60K 10yr/100K mile warranty. I went on a small trip to see my cousin graduate in my hometown, around 430 miles from my home in Albany, NY. when I called on Friday (5/30/25), I was told that Lia had no record of a 100K warranty, and could only see my 60K warranty in their system. Very professional staff. Facility is very clean. It took longer than I expected to get oil change and tires rotated. I inquired about a storage area cover for my **** and was quoted$600 and I was able to get it for $53 online. I also ordered my own air and cabin filter and saved over $100.
Patrick M*********** was very professional , explained things in detail and worked a fair deal on the car.
This is my third Lia automobile. Never had a problem that could not have been fixed before I left.
Steve ***** Steve has been my service advisor for over 20 years. That should tell it all. He greets me with a big smile and is genuinely happy to help me no matter what my concerns are. He’s truly an asset to Lia Honda. I’ve always recommend My friends to see Steve when they need their ****** repaired.
