The service representatives at Lia Nissan are outstanding. Ryan Myers, in particular, goes above and beyond his performance for all of my appointments for my truck. I was in there the other day getting an oil change and I brought up a rattle that was happening again. He had the technicians pay special attention to it and before I left, it was fixed. He even made sure himself that it wasn't making the rattling noise. The dealership also fixed it free of charge and my car was washed too. The service department really knows how... read more
I dealt with Steve Smith at Lia Honda and he is very efficient and professional in handling the needs of my vehicle and myself at the time of my service appointment. It was a pleasure and will return for the needs of my vehicle.
Steve S**** provided was pleasant and provided excellent customer service from the moment I entered the Service Dept and when my services were completed. Any visit I have had and he was my advisor I always experienced top notch service. He was attentive to my needs and took care of me immediately.
