Great experience. I recently bought an IS300. It was a no hassle sale, since they honored the quote that I got from true car. Cliff B my salesperson explained as much he could about the functionality of car when it was delivered to me for about 1.5 hours. I also brought the car in for service this week since I was covered if I hit a pothole. They fixed rim same day and gave me a nice loaner car. So far my experience has been great with this dealership.
Service center squeezed me in on busy day for emergency visit to address leak from screw in rear tire. Polite staff who had tire fixed & car cleaned within an hour.
Tony Viverios is a good man. Patient, clear, caring. Made buying a car possible. He beat everyone's price and never compromised amazing service. Love my car!!! I will look for him when I need my next car.

Tony was extremely helpful in answering questions and providing a great deal on my replacement vehicle after a motorvehicle accident. I've had it for about three weeks now and I couldn't be happier. He immediately followed up to check in and see how I was doing, which speaks to his wonderful customer service skills. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable Lexus expert.
I just picked up my new RX 350 from Lexus of Watertown. The process started with our Sales Consultant, Tony Viveiros. Tony was terrific. He was patient, answered all our questions and managed the entire process very professionally. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
The worst experience ever! They claim they don't negotiate the car prices. I came prepared to buy but because I went alone and am a female they did not want to negotiate. Spent 2 & 1/2 hours there, waste of time. They are awful. They lost a sale over $692.00!! ��������
