I scheduled an appointment to see a car, when I arrived the sales person said he would get it. After 30mins of waiting I'm told it's at their body shop. How does the dealer not know where the vehicle is? After all, you guys contacted me twice to confirm the appointment, I show up and it's not there!?! Come on guys, don't waste your customer's time! Of course the sales person is more than willing to show us "something else." This was truly terrible and expected more from this dealership!
I recently purchased a Lexus and had the pleasure of working with Lookie Amuzu. He has a wonderful personality and made the process most enjoyable. Always willing to answer questions and made sure we were satisfied during the entire time we were there. If you are looking to buy, make sure you ask for Lookie! You will be glad you did.
