This dealership is impressive. I had a great experience with the help of Griffith Wilson my salesman. His patience with me in my decision making was great. He really helped me find a car that fit my criteria. AWD was a necessity for the winters in New England! Joe Bere in finance was very accommodating as well. He also took his time and doubled, triple checked everything. Both gentlemen are top notch. I highly recommend this dealership! Not to mention I am extremely happy with my pick. :)

Wouldn't trust these guys - have leased four lexus vehicles from them and this past weekend, in getting ready to purchase another new Lexus, they kept me in there for four hours, then went back on the deal we had verbally agreed to multiple times. Snakes in waiting.
These people are a bunch of crooks. I went there on Saturday and put down $1,000 deposit since I couldn't get approval the same day. I was dealing with Salwa. That same afternoon I called her back to let her know that I changed my mind and to not deposit the check. She assured me that she would shred the check. I was dismayed to find out that the check was cashed yesterday. I have since been trying to get a hold of that salesperson or a manager but every time I call I get the run around and no one is available to speak to me... read more
