Disorganized, incompetent, and near impossible to reach after completing the sale. Pre-delivery documents were never sent after I purchased my vehicle with them. I've had my vehicle for 7 weeks now and I still don't have the proper 'legal' documents to register my car. Total rubbish!! Totally disgusted!! What scums!!
