I just had an automatic starter installed in my vehicle. I have been using this dealership for years - this is my second Lexus. I find that now, the service department is so disorganized and the staff annoyed by the intrusion of a customer. My car was returned unwashed - after having the car overnight. I'm not sure if I would buy my next car here.
