Go see Leon Barnes!!! I just bought a car from him and he was super helpful and was not one of these high pressure car salesmen. It was a truly stress free car buying experience and I love my Lexus rx450h 😃 I also went in on a Sunday when Leon was off to show my husband the car I was going to buy and another salesman, Yuri, went out of his way to take him for a test drive knowing that I was waiting for Leon the next day to buy the car from. I like how they work as a team!

Was looking foward to seeing a car I had inquired about earlier today, only to find out it was sold! Spoke to the representative 1 hour and half before I decided on making the trip and he didn't have the common courtesy to tell me it was already sold! Commute was an hour and 10 minutes and I could of saved myself some time, energy and gas... No consideration for people's time, highly disappointed but it only means it wasn't meant to be and there's something better out there!
Tony Viveiros is the second professional with whom I worked at Lexus of Watertown. The first was a young man at the receptionist desk who introduced me to Tony. Thank you. Tony made a complicated deal into a simple and very fair deal. We got a new car at a fair price and we also met a very valuable sales professional who was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining some complicated issues, not once losing patience.
We bought our 2017 Lexus GX at Lexus of Watertown. Leon Barnes was our fabulous salesperson who helped us find exactly what we wanted. When another dealership couldn't find the color we needed, Leon did. When the car was delivered he thoroughly went through all the car features. He calls and checks in every now and again. Thanks for the great experience, we LOVE our new car!
