Since moving to Tucson 6 years ago we always took our ES in for service and they were wonderful. We bought a new hybrid ES and the sales and service was great. Yes, they did have some extras to sell when we went to pay, but it was not high pressure and were items to help preserve the car's beauty. It was actually a great feeling receiving the long stem red roses with my new ES! Follow up service has been great!
