We had great service from Christopher with both purchases. Our family dynamics changed and we needed the 3rd seating. He helped with my search and waited patiently for us to make our decision. Today returning home from doctors apt with our now 4 littles I got flat tire on Oracle. I called the dealership and spoke to a very kind lady(sorry I can't remember her name) that was able to get Jerrod in maintenance to come and assist me ! Thanks to a great team !

Richard from the Service Dept. Was very thorough. They had looked at the issue of the Lexus and did a complete Diagnostics. They gave me a loaner for a couple of hours and then called to say it was going through the car wash and would be ready after that. Awesome Customer Service.
I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Mike Bores and Angel in the service department! My daughter had a flat tire after she came out of a doctor appointment and called roadside assistance. They said it would be 60-90 minutes for help to arrive. We called Mike Bores and not only did he make sure my daughter was okay, he had Angel meet her at her doctors office and replace the tire!
