First class service. Always go back here for any maintenance and servicing. The lounge is top notch and classy.
Mark was an excellent salesman. He answered all questions and wasn't pushy. Roses were classy and the wife was impressed. The only disadvantage of Lexus at the Auto Mall are those damn chocolate chip cookies they make every afternoon. This is my second Lexus. Love the new RC 350.

Just purchased an ES300h from this Lexus dealership and couldn't be happier with the sales experience and the service experience. Not a stereotypical "car dealership." Don't plan to be buying another car anytime soon, but when I do it will likely be at this dealership.
