We went Lexus of Rockford last week, and met Michael M, the sales person at the dealer. He is very friendly and very helpful, we bought a car through him. Five stars for Michael's service.

What a great experience we had with Lexus of Rockford on our new car purchase! All of the staff was attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. However, Ben Bleed really stood out for his professionalism, honesty, and patience to find the right car for us. He was very easy to work with and had us driving the new car home within just few days of making our decision. Ben did a wonderful job guiding us from beginning to end, making it a very smooth transition!

I have never had a positive experience car shopping until now.. My car was stolen a week ago and I was beyond upset. Ben Bleed went above and beyond . He found me a car in my price range sent me pictures set it up 2 test drive so I got there and got in it immediately LOVED the vehicle he found bout it and was driving it the very next day. I could not be happier and more excited about the awesome vehicle and amazing deal he have me. I am now glad my car was sten because he put me in a much nicer vehicle in record time.
