Wow! If you want to be treated like a king or a queen-this place is amazing! Every single person there is super knowledgeable and kind and thoughtful(brought us water and snacks) and they go the extra mile (Chris Beto explained all the bells and whistles plus displays,etc)...no pressure sales! Great staff and fast service
Lexus of Rockford is a class act dealership, they have always taken care of our needs and wants for years. Just today we discovered something in a tire on our Lexus and when the tire repair shop and us couldn't find (presumed we didn't get one when we bought the vehicle) the lug nut lock key I gave them a call and they sent someone out to Freeport to our home right away to take the lug nut off and order us a new one FREE of charge. Thank you
