Lexus of Rockford has excellent customer service, my family and I was in Rockford July 10Th 2016, for a family reunion and our car broke down on the interstate, we had it towed to the Lexus of Rockford. Monday morning July 11Th 2016 , we went to the dealership and explained the situation. Jeffrey Ahlquist, assured us he would take care of us. Our recent experience in buying our RX350 was outstanding. Everyone at our dealership in Rockford was helpful. When starting to look for a car again, I always find myself heading straight to Randy Alex wherever he's working. He's been with Anderson for years.
