RecommendedI don’t normally do these reviews but my recent service experience was terrific. The aux battery in my CT200 hybrid died while my car was in my garage. Tow truck took the car to Lexus where Scott took control. He contacted me to review the issue and called again to confirm diagnosis. His third call was to inform me the work was completed. This all in a matter of two plus hours.
This has been the best car leasing experience I ever had. Since the moment I stepped in the Lexus of Palm Beach dealership, till the excitement of driving out the exact Lexus I wanted, everything was perfect. The managers did the best they could to satisfy my requirements. There was no pressure at all. Definitely I will recommend this dealership to everyone one wanting to get a Lexus luxury vehicle.
