RecommendedEverything, from ease of making appointment, to greeting upon arrival, service manager attention and quick complete service at a fair price. Also, comfortable waiting area, complimentary coffee and bagels. Darrell Young was my service manager. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and had me with full 30,000 mile service, etc. out within 2 hours from arrival !

Excellent attention and understanding of customer ‘s needs, efficiency in completing paperwork and a huge variety of models to choose from.
There is nothing that beats the service that comes with Lexus ownership. I enjoy every time I need to go. Loaners are always readily available and Ussman took great car of me and my 2006 gs300. It is great to know that driving in there with a 13 year car is no different than if I had a brand new one. The cars quality is superior and the service dept at Palm Beach is outstanding. Thank you 🙏
