I can count on Bill Power when I need his help with questions about my car. He gets back to me with the answer and he is always pleasant and helpful.
Be honest. Honor the trade in value you write on the estimates vs reducing the value (and therefore increasing the price) when one comes to buy the car they waited to arrive 6 weeks.
They are wonderful. Scheduled a service for the next day as we were leaving Florida and driving back to Massachusetts. Of course the service light came on yesterday. Francesca is wonderful.
