⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had my RX 350 serviced at Lexus of Palm Beach! Very friendly and professional staff! Francesca is my service representative and she’s very good at listening to my concerns and explaining any questions I may have about my car! Nice waiting area (you have the option of different hot drinks, water bottles, or both, and bagels/pastries!) I usually bring a book to read while waiting! It’s the most pleasant “waiting for your car” experience! They even wash it for you once the car is all done! Thank you Lexus!

I’m in love with my new Lexus! I’ve only had the car a couple days, but it’s really a smooth ride, just the right enough size. I had the best salesman Eric! He was responsive, was patient, respectful and went above and beyond to deliver my car to my house in the evening. He told me I deserved to have the car same day. I highly recommend him! Thanks Eric for making a typically stressful experience, more pleasant. I’m hoping the service area is just as good!
So excited for my new Lexus RX 350! Oliver was very helpful and relatable. He understood what I needed and was successful with delivering it. He made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Solomon finished up and got me out of there when it came to the finance part of it and made the process even more easier. Both Oliver and Solomon not only helped me out with the process of getting a vechile, but they accommodated me with a 10 month old. Thanks again guys!!!!
I had my first service appointment today at Lexus of Palm Beach. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I didn't have to give them more than my name and they new exactly what I was there for and didn't try to talk me into any additional services.
