We were planning to order a car from the dealer and a family emergency prevents us from buying now due to the possibility of being out of work for a few months. Hugh the manager told us he would refund our deposit. And then of course no refund after 5 days.so now we will be filing legal action against the dealership.this is a poor way to treat a potential customer especially when is is a family emergency that we cancelled the order.I guarantee I won’t ever be buying a car here and I will be spreading the word of this to ever... read more
RecommendedThe first time we visited this dealership, we were in and out of within 5 minutes of arriving. The salesman we spoke to basically didn't know fundamental details of the product. Two months later I decided to give the dealer another chance before going for another brand. Nus Khan was extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming, and great to work with. The experience was so good that I decided to purchase the car within an hour of arriving. 👍👍
My family's been going to Lexus of Arlington for 20 years. We do all of our service there because Haresh is great to work with. Just bought a new car yesterday - Mark Burdeen and Hugh Stinnette made the experience really enjoyable!
