Hussain Amir did an excellent job presenting this vehicle to us that we were interested in. Being we were out of town, around a 3-hour drive he sent photos and videos of the vehicle to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted before we made the drive. He answered every call and question with complete knowledge of the vehicle and if it was something he did not know he found out immediately. Adam and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job repairing my 2015 Silverado. They went over and above to make my truck as great as it is now. Always an excellent ecperience at Johnson Lexus. Very happy with the purchase and the attentive and professional staff in all departments I've dealt with. Johnson Lexus extends itself for its customers in sales and then service meeting all of their needs. Highly recommend their vehicles and this dealership.
We have had our 98 Ford Ranger in for body work and paint after hitting multiple deer in the last year and have received nothing but the highest quality customer service and work from this shop. We cannot say enough about the service we received from Trevor Gutzdorf - without his effort and input to save this Ranger - it would have been totaled. We appreciate all the communication and hard work Trevor put into this and will continue to use Bergstrom Body Shop of Oshkosh. The Ranger looks likes new! Highly recommended!!!
My Nissan was recently hit, and after checking around, I had it towed to Bergstrom on Victory Lane. That was a great decision. From start to finish, they made the process very easy for me. Steve Willer did an amazing job of keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle's repair and he also dealt directly with the responsible insurance company. After the repairs were complete, my Nissan looked as good as new. Thank you, Victory Lane Team.
On February 23, 2023 I took my Lexus to the Colorado Springs service department in response to a "maintenance required" warning in the display window. I received an excellent response from the service team. I checked in with Johnathan. He was courteous, enthusiastic, and diligent. He appeared to be new as he received some assistance from one of the older service agents. It turns out that I needed a tire rotation and some lubrication on the doors and trunk latch.
