You walk in and you think, "Ok, beautiful facility." You are greeted by one of the salesmen and they are very courteous and they assist you with your purchase. Poor service. My father waited for 4+ hours to get an oil change. Sticker wasn't placed on the window at all. Lexus of Glenview even offers you breakfest on Saturdays while you wait to get your vehicle serviced.
Great sales experience and highly recommended! Service is great too. The dealership itself kept my kids busy while my husband and I finalized the paperwork.
