Watch out for used car salesmen from this dealership! We purchased a car from here thinking we were geting a great deal for our son. They LIED to us about their inspection!! Days later, my son was driving and the brakes went out! Thanks be to God, nothing happened to him. Lexus of Arlington denied any wrongdoing. Stay away...far, far away from this corrupt dealership!!!
For a brand new lexus, the car was near faulty and sold to us. The service provider then proceeded to correct me that i may have bought a used car. Excuse me, i would be aware of an $80k purchase. On top of that, sells you warranties and even tries to sell you a 5k mile service for a fee. If youre in northern chicago, i highly suggest you make your way down to bredemann lexus dealer. My wife and I just purchased our new 2015 Lexus GS350 AWD F Sport from Lexus of Arlington. Our experience was beyond excellent. We come from owning Mercedes and BMW which both have very great customer service, however our experince at this Lexus dealership was like non other.
