Bought Our 4th Lexus from Mark Burdeen. I phoned Him last week, told Him what I was looking for, told Him I’d be there on Monday and as soon as We walked in He greeted Us and had Several vehicles for Us to see. Three hours later, We drove home with a New Lexus!
My service advisor, Mike Librizzi, was great. He was very pleasant and kept me aware of the status of my car. When the service was finished, I got a clean car! I highly recommend Lexus of Arlington.
They were able to fit me in on my schedule. When I brought the car in they got on it right away. They said maybe 1 hour and 30 minutes, They were done exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes. Received car washed and Out quickly. Everyone did a great job.
