My car was picked up for service for a recall. BR left me a loaner that was clean and cared for. My car was returned, not washed, only vacumned on the driver's side, tires were not cleaned and treated as in the past. You would have thought that the same care would be put into a customer's car as they put into their loaners. This may be as a result of the pandemic whereby BR may have cut their staff and services. I had an excellent experience working with the salesperson and manager. I found the car that I wanted in the color I wanted as my first choice. The salesperson and the service department have been extremely helpful in showing me how to use the many technology features that I did not have in my previous car of another manufacturer. I definitely recommend Lexus of Arlington.

This month we turned in our leased Lexus and from the comfort of my backyard patio, I worked with my long time trusted salesman, Mark Burdeen, whom made our shopping experience a breeze. We now have the new 2020 RX350L and couldn't be happier. Delivered to our home and we didn't have to wait at the dealer to make the deal. Pandemic car shopping may have changed buying a car forever. Mark's customer care keeps us coming back for the Bob Rohrman Lexus experience. Oh, the cars are awesome too!
