RecommendedJust had my car serviced on May 13th. Scheduling was easy, loaner car was ready when I arrived, my car was finished when promised, issues were all addressed. Typical of AH Lexus, perfect job.
Salesman Vlad did a great job. I knew what car I wanted and didnt want to spend hours upon hours getting the deal done. He was honest, addressed my concerns and even drove the car an hour to drop the car off at my house. Thanks for a smooth transaction.

Lexus of Arlington was so welcoming. They were so accommodating to myself and my family, including my children. Edward Bijou was an amazing sales consultant to work with and he made me feel comfortable without any pressure at all. I've never been to any car dealership like this and I'll be going here from now on.
Very friendly, trustworthy and helpful staff. They are like a family over there. Your car is in good hands when it is serviced at Lexus of Arlington. Sales people are also nice and helpful. Plus they have a lot of options to do while you wait for your car. This is the only place I would come to service my car and to buy a car
