I can say that I never received finer service from a dealership. I found your dealership via the destination assist after my service required light came up leaving ft. Smith.I called Skip about an hour out and he said he could help us. When we arrived and the car service had been written, Skip has an associated drive as to a restaurant for lunch and than pick us up after. Words can not express your professionalism and just plain good work! My engine light came on around 8am. By 11:30 I was towed to your service area and by 3:30 I was back on the road. I was driving from connicuite to nashville to arizona you made it all possible! I was glad I was driving a Lexus!
Your Service department preformed repairs on my 2011 GX460. Great Job Done!! I purchased my GX460 in Denver, but we will do our best to purchase from Eskridge Lexus.

Above what I expected. Dealership went the extra mile in getting the options/color that was preferred. Expectation of the purchase were all met. Pleasant experience and will purchase another automobile from the dealership. Follow-up and customer service from sales have been above expectation.
