I just got a new Lexus NX from Jim Nicoletti and I love the car. It's my first Lexus! I was a little nervous when a friend who is a long time Lexus owner suggested I go see Jim, but every time I get into my new NX, I'm so glad I did. Jim was very nice, courteous, very knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly explained the car to me and we went on a nice test drive. A few hours later I was driving it home. Thank you Jim!

I just leased an ES 350 for my wife and Jim wasn't only easy going and no presser, he was very patient while she was trying to decide on a color.
