We had been looking for a new car and finally decided to trade our 2006 Lexus GX470 for a new, smaller Lexus SUV. Alan Matthews was outstanding in helping us to determine what car we wanted. He was also extremely patient working with my wife, explaining the intricacies of her new car. Ed Eskridge was also helpful in handling the paperwork.
I had my RX350 serviced and want to extend my appreciation to the young lady at the service department counter. I believe her name was Kristi. She was extremely personable and helpful and is a very positive image for your company.
Friendly and well-informed sales staff, willing to go the extra mile (in this case, about 1500 miles) to please. Excellent service staff. Have now bought my 4th car from this dealership.

Purchased used 2007 RX350 from Eskridge Lexus...price was great....salesman was friendly and communicated well, with call backs and info on availability. RX350 I purchased was immaculate inside, but had a few scratches on the exterior, but price was right and hopefully scratches will buff out..
