Kristina has been our service manager for the past several years. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and is always willing and able to meet our needs. On several occasions she has been our advocate when dealing with possible warranty repairs. She is always friendly and courteous and is a real pleasure to deal with.
I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your receptionist, Susie. She impresses me each time I speak with her as she handles my phone call or when I happen to be in the showroom. I again witnessed her very efficient and friendly manner while waiting on my car to be serviced on June 2nd. I just wanted to let you know that my experience at Lexus last week was exceptional. Christin Parsons was my service representative & she was exceptional. I was disappointed that they didn't find the problem with my car, exactly, but she made the experience so paltable. I left there feeling I had a new best friend. I hope my car runs successfully and I don't have to come back, but if I do, I realize I can be helped.
