Your techniciams are extremely skilled and the engine was rebuilt with such precision, it now runs perfectly. You could say it "purrs." Needless to say, I am overjoyed. Eskridge must be the outstanding dealership in the country. This is my second Lexus purchased from Eskridge and I have always received outstanding service, what ever the situation. It never occurred to me you would be called on to handle an engine problem of this magnitude.

I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job Mark Brigss , my Lexus service professional, and your service technicians have done on my new LS. From the beginning, Mark worked closely with the insurance adjuster, doing everything possible to insure the car would again be put in perfect running order. The engine was so damaged I was very concerned about the outcome of the necessary repairs, especially since the care was purchased such a short time ago.
