I just put my Lexus in for a service. There was also a problem with the lift gate. Alex Anaya was the point person at Lexus Santa Monica. He was excellent. The service was completed when he said and the lift gate issue was fixed before he said it would be done. I couldn't ask for any better service.
I would highly recommend this dealership, whether you are looking for a new or used car. Sonny Rose was our salesman, and he was excellent from start to finish. This has to be one of the best dealer experiences we have ever had in 30 years of car buying. Thanks !
Victor was very helpful and went out of his way for me. I was pleased with the service I received. He even caught a mistake by another employee promptly addressed it . When you buy a Lexus you have expectations of an amazing experience, and Jim at Tri County Lexus helped make it amazing. From the initial hello, I felt very comfortable with Jim. He spent a lot of time with me showing me how the car worked, then we took a test drive. That's when I knew I was buying a car right then and there. My new NX turbo is fantastic.
