Thank you for the great job your team did in helping my father! Mr. Don Luman made my father feel extremely comfortable and right at home! I can't say enough about your great team, Mr. Doug Berryhill and Mr. Lee! I have met many sales Managers & GM's . My tenure with Zurich and these two are absolutely the best! A note to Eskridge Lexus management on a job well done by your receptionist, Susie. Last week, while our car was being serviced, my wife's earring was dropped in the waiting area (which by the way, is outstanding). A call was placed back to Lexus after arriving home, and upon answering the phone, Susie immediately went to the waiting area, found it, and kept it safely at her desk until we could pick it up. Her efforts were greatly appreciated and we felt you should know of her good works on your and my behalf.

My daughter and I worked with the on line service and spoke with sales consultant Earle Twigg before driving from Enid. Earle put us at ease about making the drive to OKC to look at a Toyota Venza we were wanting to replace my daughters vehicle with. Earle greeted us as we were getting out of our car and had the Venza waiting for us. After the test drive we went in to negotiate the price and were expecting the game playing to begin.
