I would like to share our experience from the moment we walked into the Lexus showroom and greeted by Robin who took in all what we were looking for in a car. We were pointed to a model close to our current model and was given a good detailed explanation of all the controls. Unfortunately I had to return my wife's Lexus UX 300e due to a fault and I must say how efficient Shaznay was in booking in the car and having a courtesy car ready for me when I arrived. I am so impressed with Snows Lexus the staff are a credit to the company
